                        i) Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

           No, you may checkout as a guest. For faster shopping, creating an account is quick and easy, and can be done here

                        iv) How do I know if an item is in stock?

           When viewing an item, after having selected your desired size, you will be informed of Stock Availability. We make every effort to ensure our product information is accurate at the time of purchase, though in the event a discrepancy occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

                        v) What payment methods does RICHARDS & RICHARDS accept?

           Most payments by card are accepted, including American Express, with no added transaction fees. If you wish to use American Express, please call us on 07 3666 0550, where one of our staff members will process your payment in our store. Select 'Bank Deposit' upon Checkout.

                        vi) Is it safe to use my credit card online at RICHARDS & RICHARDS?

                        vii) Do I need to re-enter my credit card details when I make additional purchases?

If you have an existing Paypal account, you will not need to do so. If you do not have an existing Paypal account, you will be given the option to save your information with Paypal for faster shopping in the future.

                        viii) Which countries does RICHARDS & RICHARDS ship to?

           Richards & Richards delivers to most countries, however local import duties, and additional charges, may be payable upon receipt. Please make sure you check the duties & clearance fees with your local authority. GST will be removed for all goods sold internationally at time of purchase.

                        ix) Does RICHARDS & RICHARDS ship to Post Office boxes or Freight Forwarding addresses?

           Australia Post may deliver to your home, work, or post office boxes respectively.

                        x) How much taxes and duties will I have to pay?

           Customers within Australia will pay GST already included in the price when viewing any item. For international customers, this GST does not apply, and will be removed at the time each order is placed.

                        xi) Does RICHARDS & RICHARDS ship to multiple addresses?

           No. If additional locations need be used, please place those orders separately.

                        xii) How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

                        xiii) Do I need to sign for my order?

Australia Post packages do not require signing.

                        xiv) Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

           Changing your shipping address following dispatch will only send your purchases henceforth to this location. You may edit your shipping information from the ‘My Account’ tab.

                        xv) Can I add items to an existing order?

           Please make a separate order.

                        xvi) How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

           You will be sent an email notification confirming payment has been received, usually within 24 hours.

                        xvii) Can I track my order?

           If you opt for the Australia Post Express method of delivery, we will supply you with your Tracking Number via email upon dispatch of your items.

           Yes. Before refunding or exchanging an item, we will attempt to fix any faults back to their original condition if possible to do so.
