RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Richards & Richards take great care to ensure our garments are made to the highest quality and meet your expectations.

If your purchase, however, does not fit, you may exchange your item for a different size within 30 days of your purchase, subject to availability.

If your item is faulty, you may return for a full refund based on the original form of payment. All garments must be returned in original condition with all packaging, labelling and tickets intact.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE

Sign into your account and under ‘Order History’ select the order number containing the items you would like to return.

Note the items you would like to return and send an email to our customer service team with the reason you are sending your items back at info@richardsandrichards.com.au. If an item is faulty, please provide details how.

To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used.

Once this information is deemed appropriate, you will receive an email in regards to your return within 48 hours. For exchanges based on size or gift purchases - the customer is responsible for any costs associated in returning the item.

The deadline for returning garments to us is 14 days from the approved exchange request.

IN-STORE RETURNS

You may return your item in-store at Richards & Richards.

Provide a team member with your item, original receipt, and original payment method.

Once the return policy has been met, we can offer repairs, exchange or refunds where appropriate.

EXCHANGES

If your garment does not fit, we may replace the item for a different size, subject to availability.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a different size subject to availability, or store credit to your Richards & Richards account after you register your details. Credits granted in this way will not include the original cost of shipping. See the section 'How to return your purchase from richardsandrichards.com.au' above. The amount will be available for your next purchase via a coupon code, which will be emailed to you within 48 hours of approving your return.

FAULTY ITEMS

Garments are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Your refund for faulty items will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase.

PLEASE NOTE

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the garments that appear on our web site.

However, as computer monitors vary we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.

All our garments are checked for any faults prior to shipment.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact our service team immediately on info@richardsandrichards.com.au

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

We request that you contact us at info@richardsandrichards.com.au before sending any returns.

We prefer that you return any items to our address sent to you via email upon receipt of your return request. We will endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours. However, you may also return the goods to our head office at 11A, 23 James St, FORTITUDE VALLEY, QLD 4006.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Richards & Richards garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

SHOES

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes that are returned without a box or with marked soles may not be accepted.

If you are under 18 years you must let your parent or guardian know about Richards & Richards Privacy Policy before you register to use the site or any of the site’s services. We reserve the right to accept orders only from those over 18 years however.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW?

Richards & Richards collect personal information in several ways when you place an order or register for a service offered by Richards & Richards. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers and address so that we can process and fulfil your order.

For your security we do not save card details, thus they will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order.

MARKETING

When you register, you will be given the option to subscribe to our update service which will send you email alerts for new products, sale promotions and special offers.

We do not sell or otherwise pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes. Marketing communication you subscribe to will only be sent by Richards & Richards.

At all times, you will have the choice to unsubscribe out of any service or update to which you have subscribed. All emails we send you will contain an automated unsubscribe link. To opt out of any Direct Mail service please contact our service team at info@richardsandrichards.com.au.

SAFEGUARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Richards & Richards take all reasonable steps to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided us with. Messaging Terms & Conditions

General

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Richards & Richards. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Richards & Richards. Richards & Richards reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Richards & Richards also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Richards & Richards again, just sign up as you did the first time and Richards & Richards will start sending messages to you again.

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time.
